Commercial License Terms Of Service

1. Exclusively applicable to finalized products. (Restricted to completed models, worlds and avatars only.)
2. It is prohibited to distribute the files of Razor’s asset(s) in any manner and under no circumstances should they be disclosed to any third party.
3. Do not claim ownership of Razor’s work as your own. You are entitled to credit for any modifications made to Razor’s asset(s), acknowledgement of Razor as the original creator is mandatory.
4. The standalone resale of Razor’s asset(s), including constituent parts such as mesh, textures and associated files is strictly prohibited. This restriction extends to duplicating the mesh and making alterations, as the original integrity of Razor’s mesh must be maintained.
5. Resale is permitted exclusively for completed models and avatars, provided proper credit is attributed to Razor.
6. The avatar / model utilizing my asset(s) must adhere to a minimum price threshold of €5 unless at least 30% or more of the base mesh has been removed, allowing for sale below the designated minimum of €5.
7. In the event that Razor’s asset(s) are extracted from another creator’s model, it is imperative to procure the necessary license by making a purchase from Razor’s official shop. Ownership of a valid license is a prerequisite for the utilization of Razor’s asset(s) in any capacity.
8. Razor’s asset(s) is authorized for deployment in public models, commercial or monetized products as well as in VTubing, streaming, YouTube, and other video content creation platforms.
9. Razor’s asset(s) is permitted for integration into other games/platforms, with the stipulation that access to the files is restricted. Individuals must acquire a valid license for the asset(s) to gain file access.
10. Your license only remains in effect when accurate information is furnished during the checkout process. Failure to provide the necessary details renders the purchase non-attributable to you, resulting in invalidation of both the purchase and associated licenses.
11. The textures associated with Razor’s asset(s) are expressly prohibited from standalone commercial resale. If you develop a texture overlay on Razor’s asset(s), commercial distribution is permissible solely for the texture you have created, without the inclusion of Razor’s original texture.
12. It is strictly prohibited to commercially resale any of the files associated with the asset(s). However, you are permitted to craft assets and textures for the asset(s), provided none of Razor’s asset(s) are included in the sale.

Upon acquiring any of my models/assets, you hereby acknowledge and agree to adhere to the stipulated rules corresponding to your license. Non-compliance with these rules may result in appropriate action being taken in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This provision is a fundamental aspect of the Terms of Service governing the use of my products.
