Commercial License Terms Of Service

1. EXCLUSIVELY applicable to finalized products. (Restricted to completed models and avatars only.)
2. You are expressly PROHIBITED from distributing the files of Razor's assets in any manner, and under no circumstances should they be disclosed to any third party.
3. ATTRIBUTION GUIDELINES: Avoid asserting ownership of Razor's work as your own. While you are entitled to credit for any modifications made to Razor's assets, acknowledgment of Razor as the original creator is mandatory.
4. PROHIBITION ON RESALE: The standalone resale of Razor's assets, including any constituent parts such as mesh, textures, and associated files, is strictly prohibited. This restriction extends to duplicating the mesh and making alterations, as the original integrity of Razor's mesh must be maintained.
5. EXCLUSIVE RESALE PERMISSIONS: Resale is permitted exclusively for completed models and avatars, provided proper credit is attributed to Razor.
6. PRICING REQUIREMENT: The avatar/model utilizing my assets must adhere to a minimum price threshold of £30, unless at least 50% or more of the asset mesh has been removed, allowing for sale below the designated minimum of £30.
7. ACQUISITION OF LICENSE: In the event that Razor's assets is extracted from another creator's model, it is imperative to procure the necessary license by making a purchase from Razor's official shop. Ownership of a valid license is a prerequisite for the utilization of Razor's assets in any capacity.
8. PERMISSIBLE USAGE: Razor's assets is authorized for deployment in public models, commercial or monetized projects, as well as in VTubing, streaming, YouTube, and other video content creation platforms.
9. CROSS-PLATFORM USAGE: Razor's assets is permitted for integration into other games/platforms, with the stipulation that access to the files is restricted. Individuals must acquire a valid license for the asset(s) to gain file access.
10. VALIDITY OF LICENSE: Your license, whether Personal or Commercial, remains in effect only when accurate information is furnished during the checkout process. Failure to provide the necessary details renders the purchase non-attributable to you, resulting in invalidation of both the purchase and associated licenses.
11. RESTRICTIONS ON TEXTURE USAGE: The textures associated with Razor's assets are expressly prohibited from standalone commercial resale. If you develop a texture overlay on Razor's assets, commercial distribution is permissible solely for the texture you have created, without inclusion of Razor's original texture.
12. COMMERCIAL RESALE RESTRICTION: It is strictly prohibited to commercially resell any of the files associated with the assets. However, you are permitted to craft assets and textures for the assets, provided none of Razor's base files are included in the sale.

Proper credit must be provided using my complete Discord username (RazorThat), along with a mandatory link to my shop at https://payhip.com/RazorThat.

Upon acquiring any of my models/assets, you hereby acknowledge and agree to adhere to the stipulated rules corresponding to your license. Non-compliance with these rules may result in appropriate action being taken in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This provision is a fundamental aspect of the Terms of Service governing the use of my products.
